Learn the foundation of all decorative chocolate work.

Correctly tempered chocolate is the basis of all we do when producing molded chocolate pieces.

Each participant will: seed, direct warm and table chocolate, we will be dipping fresh strawberries and making chocolate bars.

Please bring a box to take your goodies home and an apron.
