Learn how to color your molds, correctly making the cavities and then the fillings to pipe inside the molds.
We will make fruit based ganache, chocolate ganache and fruit jelly fillings.

Tempering 101 | Saturday April 22nd 2023
Learn the foundation of all decorative chocolate work.
Correctly tempered chocolate is the basis of all we do when producing molded chocolate pieces.
Each participant will: seed, direct warm and table chocolate, we will be dipping fresh strawberries and making chocolate bars.
Please bring a box to take your goodies home and an apron.

Learn how to color molds with cocoa butter then create the shells with tempered chocolate We make various ganache and fillings to fill your prepared molds, then cap and turn out.
All items made in class will be shared among the participants – please bring a container to take your goodies home in and an apron so you don’t get covered in chocolate!
