Molded Bon Bons Class

Learn how to color molds with cocoa butter then create the shells with tempered chocolate We make various ganache and fillings to fill your prepared molds, then cap and turn out.

All items made in class will be shared among the participants – please bring a container to take your goodies home in and an apron so you don’t get covered in chocolate!
